Vikunja is a task and project manager that can be self-hosted or used through the vendor's managed cloud, with list, Kanban, Gantt and table views, reminders, labels, saved filters and CalDAV integration. It targets individuals and teams that want to run the software on their own infrastructure. The free self-hosted edition does not include the admin panel, audit logs or time tracking; those are sold separately as the paid Vikunja Pro add-on for self-hosted instances.

- Yearly billing is 40 EUR (-20%). The page describes it as 'Your own account' rather than stating a seat count, so no user limit is recorded. Managed hosting is a service, so no open-source licence applies to this edition.
